The MX 800 streamlines the accurate handling of low-inclusion and specialty ingredients by completing three essential tasks for each recipe in a unit:
- Adding the correct amount of each low-inclusion or specialty ingredient directly into the mixing chamber
- Mixing ingredients into a homogeneous blend
- Transferring the entire specialty ration blend into a dispersion unit, such as an LIW or CF Unit, to be later introduced into the flow of the main ingredients
