Flowscale

Our competitive edge lies in our expertise with continuous flow technology, which creates a steady stream of flowing corn into which other ingredients are precisely added by weight and proportion per the ration required. As these ingredients join the moving stream, they form a fully homogenized feed by the time it reaches its final destination. This approach minimizes building and floor space requirements and supports flexible capacity expansion—additional equipment can be seamlessly added to the existing setup, ensuring the initial investment remains fully utilized.

Custom Feed Mill Design for Any Scale

Our design capabilities encompass a wide range of feed mill sizes, from large-scale mills producing over 3,000 tons per week to smaller, highly specialized mills producing as little as 3 tons per week. We are equipped to tailor each mill to meet the specific nutritional and operational needs of different livestock, including swine, poultry, and cattle. This flexibility allows us to support diverse production goals and help our clients deliver quality feed suited to a variety of animal types.

Energy Efficiency Through Continuous Flow

Another key benefit of our continuous flow technology is its energy efficiency. Unlike traditional batching systems, where multiple tons of product are handled in discrete batches, our system allows all ingredients—macro, micro, and the complete feed —to flow simultaneously. This continuous movement reduces the need for large, energy-intensive equipment cycles, making it a more efficient way to produce feed. By streamlining the entire process, we not only save energy but also reduce operational costs, all while maintaining the high-quality, homogeneous feed that our clients rely on.

CF4, CF5 >

Continuous flow units meter ingredients by weight. The ingredients are weighed as they move through a patented weighing auger.

CF6, CF8 >

The CF6 and CF8 continuous flow units operate like the CF4 and CF5 units, but are capable of much larger flowrates.
